A) Full Package for White Labels

Swiss Financial Authorities have further tightened the financial institution regulations in Switzerland. In respect to Swiss laws, ADVISED TRADING is looking for some additional requirements from the companies or institutions who are willing to be Full White Label.

  • Institutions and companies must be regulated by the local authorities.
  • Institutions and companies must be aware of dealing certain accounting and margin transfers.
  • Institutions are responsible to their local authotrities for conducting effective compliance operations.

B) Limited Package for White Labels

For the Limited Package for White Labels, on the other hand, the institutions or companies are not obliged to fulfill the requirements mentioned for the Full Package for White labels.

Limited Package for White Labels mainly focus on the development of their business and expansion of their networks by having the trading platform and services in their company name and logo.

These two kind of White Labelling will receive the following services:
